Service Description
This practice builds physical strength and stamina and enhances cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection. We practice kriyas and tapas to expand our limitations and comfort zone, finding more space in our life and mind. The practice includes various techniques to balance your nervous system, activate kundalini energy, release tension and stress from the body and mind, finally finding true harmony. What you can expect during the class: Asana: yoga postures and movement Kriyas: specific actions and practices Mudras: hand positions and body gestures Pranayama: breath work / energy work Mantras: intentional, repeated sounds / chants Bandhas: constriction of a particular area of the body Drishti: directing the gaze of the eyes Savasana: deep relaxation at the end of practice
