Service Description

During Kundalini Yoga we focus on the transformation of energy in the nervous and glandular systems and clearing this space from any negativity or energy blockage. We practice 'kriyas' – these are specific actions/sequences that might include movement, breath work, and meditations – to produce a specific result. This could be something concrete, like vitality or better digestion, or something etheric like intuition or an open heart. What you can expect during the class: Asana: yoga postures and movement Mudras: hand positions and body gestures Pranayama: breath work Mantras: intentional, repeated sounds Bandhas: constriction of a particular area of the body Drishti: directing the gaze of the eyes Shivasana: deep relaxation at the end of practice This practice builds physical strength and stamina and enhances cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection. Kundalini is known for its transformative benefits, many people describe the experience as exhilarating, euphoric, and powerful.
